We  are  proud  to  offer  Northern Indiana's most  unique  and  delicious wedding  and  special- occasion  cakes.   Every  cake   is  custom-designed  and  handmade  from  scratch  using  the finest  fresh  ingredients,  a variety of specialty flavors and fillings, and  frosted  with  our  French  Mousseline,  a  true  butter cream  made  with  meringue  and  sweet  butter.

 All of the layer cake varieties listed on our website are available in our larger  cakes.   Prices start at $2.35  per serving, minimum 100 servings for wedding cakes.  Delivery and set-up is available for $25.00 up to 25 miles, and $50.00 up to 50 miles. Please inquire for rates beyond 50 miles.

Stacked Hatboxes "Crooked Cake"Flavor Options:

Classic Vanilla ("white") Cake - actually ivory in color, ours is a very moist cake made with imported Madagascar vanilla beans and sour cream

Butter (yellow) Cake - a traditional moist butter sponge cake

Lemon Pound Cake - tangy and dense, with fresh lemon zest, also available with  poppy seeds

Amish Banana Walnut Cake - with cream cheese filling

Chocolate Sponge Cake - made with Dutch cocoa, butter and imported Belgian dark chocolate

Carrot -Nut Cake - carrots, walnuts and pecans with ground cinnamon and a hint of allspice, with cream cheese filling

Amaretto Almond - a classic sponge cake made special with the addition of imported Italian amaretto and ground almonds

 

Fresh- made Filling Options:

Seedless Red Raspberry Puree -  wonderful with Vanilla, Butter and Chocolate layers

Golden Apricot Filling - a slightly tart all- fruit puree which compliments any cake variety

Fresh Lemon Curd - tangy and light, perfect with Vanilla and Butter layers
